Own the mess. Audit your life.
We will discuss why it is important to ensure you have positive people in your life. It’s critical to review who is in your life now, who is supportive and let the others go. It will be super uncomfortable and difficult. But it must be done.  We also share tools about the importance of balancing your root chakra and how your vedic natal chart tells you about abusive parents.

We discuss the war on women in the media and politics. We also discuss the staggering statistics of domestic violence in the USA. Combine all this and add our family or partner history and we have trauma or chronic PTSD. I provide tips and tricks on how we work through all of this and remember who women really are. I hope you enjoy this episode. Feedback is always welcome.

Women as a collective.

I started this podcast to remind women of our individual and collective ancestral strength.

We bring life into this world and we make a house a home. We must remember the better we become - the better we are for ourselves, for my kids and for all relationships.

The media, politics, our family and cultures say that women are weak, need to be play small, and need to be taken care of.

We see women’s bodies being handled by politicians. We cannot watch a show without a woman being brutally assaulted in the first ten minutes. We see the terrible stats of women being abused, murder and controlled.

The change starts with ourselves and our daughters. We want them to be strong and relentless and fearless. We need to know we are strong and very capable to ‘save ourselves. We decide how we  transform and grow.
